I don’t cry much, but there used to be a time that I did. We all bottle up feelings at some point or another. How do you vent those emotions? Crying is an intense surge of mixed emotions. It’s a way in which you don’t hurt others physically or through words you regret later on. For me, it’s a way of letting go. Crying rids the pain, so that the heart, soul, and mind is filled with less resentment, anger and frustration.
